Characteristics

With this product we offer you the result of a challenge:
to be able to get a wine which represents an exceptional synthesis of Falanghina variety in an organic perspective.

Aleis perfectly expresses all the fruity and mineral character of Falanghina variety.
It is obtained with spontaneous fermentation, after 6 hours of soft maceration in the press, refinement in stainless steel tanks and then aging in the bottle.
