Characteristics
Obtained from Montepulciano grapes, it has a deep ruby red color with intense purple reflections. It opens to the nose with typical smells of ripe blackberry, mulberry and “mirinello” (typical Apulian wild cherry).
Good texture, smooth and persistent. Ideal for all meals, perfect with succulent first courses or roasted and grilled meats.
